**Responsibilities and duties** **DATA:** Location: Mucuri \|BA Applications until: 10/27/25 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** **2.0 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Perform nursing activities related to industrial hygiene, occupational medicine and safety services, integrating multidisciplinary teams to promote worker health preservation and appreciation. Support health management and quality of life initiatives to carry out actions promoting, protecting, and recovering employee health, aiming to intervene on disease determinants and base actions according to prevention principles at all levels (primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention). Must have full knowledge of working conditions, including processes and work environments, in order to verify on-site risks identified by the industrial hygiene department and identify physical and psychological demands of specific job activities for all workers. Responsible for collaborating with the medical team in educating and training workers about handling health risk factors present in work processes and environments, contributing to their control or elimination, focusing on preserving their health and others'. Develop and execute employee health promotion and protection plans and programs, participating in groups conducting health surveys, studying absenteeism causes, and investigating occupational diseases and traumatic injuries. Know and practice SIG procedures and standards. Be a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict compliance with safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise the right to refuse work in serious risk situations, fostering solution proposals for risk control.
