Assist with administrative routines in the AREA (payments, purchase requisitions, and orders). Record gate control after physical verification versus invoice. Monitor pending receipt issues and service delivery, acting to resolve problems. Perform safety checklists for loading and unloading of inputs and materials. Monitor and contribute to implementing and developing area programs, innovations, ideas, and projects—as well as ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, and safety regulations—to fully achieve our goals. Monitor and ensure implementation of maintenance and improvements for warehouses and offices. Monitor and guarantee customer service level adherence. Know and apply Suzano’s Safety and Health Policy, fully complying with occupational safety, health, and environmental standards and procedures. Use safety tools and record non-conformities and unsafe practices identified in the sector. Perform and maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of warehouse and office environments, equipment, and facilities used in storage and material handling operations. Assist teams in monitoring AREA performance indicators. Comply with tax and SAFETY legislation and follow Suzano Global Service strategic guidelines. Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse work in situations involving serious risk, fostering proposal of solutions for risk control.
