Maintain quality standards and hospitality **Position:** Waiter **Department:** Customer Service / Dining Room **Location:** Atlantidz Beach Shack **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Summary:** A Waiter is responsible for serving customers with courtesy, agility, and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining the quality standards and hospitality of the Atlantidz Beach Shack. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables; * Present the menu, take orders, and clarify questions about products; * Accurately enter orders into the system and monitor delivery from the kitchen and bar; * Serve food and beverages according to house standards; * Monitor tables, keeping the dining area clean and organized; * Replace cutlery, plates, and glasses as needed; * Verify and close bills, collecting payments when authorized; * Immediately report any incidents to the service supervisor or manager; * Comply with hygiene, safety, and professional conduct standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience as a waiter or in customer-facing roles; * Strong communication skills, attentiveness, and Job Type: Intermittent (freelance) Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
