Administrative Analyst - Tianguá - CE

We are seeking an Administrative Analyst to provide essential administrative and HR support for the field project’s operations and compliance, with a critical focus on efficient tax document management and HR department routines in **Tianguá - CE.** **Responsibilities and duties** Archive documents by nature and type in an accessible and organized manner, adhering to internal controls defined for your area of responsibility; Archive contract-supporting documents in project drives, ensuring control until full project closure during the implementation phase; Support the Project Controller Team in scheduling the unitization (inventory) of wind farms at the start of operations; Support audits for the PMO; Manage sales of ferrous scrap and potential waste/scrap; Support direct communication and negotiations with labor unions; Submit documents to municipal/state agencies upon request; Register suppliers for fleet/vehicle maintenance services; Request and monitor fleet/vehicle maintenance and servicing; Support the selection and registration of local suppliers for administrative construction expenses; Request office/operational uniforms and welcome kits; Control and monitor construction permits; Control and monitor issuance of the first Certificate of Occupancy (Habite-se); Support the Legal Team regarding permits and Certificates of Occupancy; Request quotations for direct construction purchases, obtain approvals, and create Purchase Requisitions in SAP; Collect signatures on measurement reports (via DocuSign); Organize and manage cafeteria supplies, general services, coffee breaks, and lunches for visitors; Handle dispatches and parcel pickups at the post office. Enter invoices into the SAP S/4HANA system. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree in administrative fields or related disciplines. * Must be willing and available to reside in Tianguá - CE. * Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA; * Familiarity with Google Workspace; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional information** 100% on-site work format in Tianguá - CE.
