Essential support for production and logistics demands We are hiring a Loading and Unloading Assistant available to work in the Ubajara\-CE region. We are pioneers with the Cleaning University program, which prepares our employees for the job market, making them fully qualified for professional roles. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform **loading and unloading of sacks, bulk bags, and other materials**, manually or with assistance from material handling equipment, as directed by the team; * Assist in **warehouse organization**, stacking and sorting products by type, batch, and destination; * Verify **quantity, weight, and integrity of goods** during loading or unloading; * Support **cleaning and organization of the workplace**, maintaining a safe and operationally suitable environment; * Follow **safety procedures, proper use of PPE**, and internal factory regulations; * Fulfill requirements from **production, shipping, and receiving**, as needed for operations. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Good physical stamina; * Attention to detail and agility; * Prior experience in loading and unloading (preferred); * Completed high school education; * Commitment to schedules and safety regulations. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Salary: R$ 1569,02 * Transportation allowance (VT) * On-site meals * Basic food basket worth R$ 106,00 * Health and dental plans starting after 3 months.
