We have a team of **professionals** passionate about what they do and **full of energy**, which is why we are seeking professionals eager to learn new things and ready to be part of something bigger. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Negotiation with customers (external and internal); * Customer service for the post-sales portfolio; * Management of the customer portfolio, acting within established deadlines; * Follow-up on the company's post-sales contract portfolio; * Support to company departments on post-sales related matters; * Development and monitoring of schedules; * Analysis of supply contracts for goods and services; * Maintain communication, negotiation, and status updates with the customer portfolio; * Complete daily tasks within pre-established deadlines and independently. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields); * Strong negotiation and communication skills with customers (external and internal) are essential. * Excellent verbal communication and clear, structured writing skills. * SAP knowledge (desirable); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel is a plus). **Additional Information** Additional Information: * On-site work arrangement; Benefits: * Medical and dental assistance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Meal allowance, transportation allowance, eyeglass allowance, school material allowance, childcare allowance, group life insurance.
