Experience in shopping mall or planned neighborhood surveillance **Job Description** We are looking for a Monitoring Agent to join our team in Porto Alegre/RS. **Details:** * Salary: R$2415.00 * Meal allowance: R$33.00 per working day * Transportation allowance (as needed) or fuel allowance (R$10.00 per working day) **Responsibilities:** * Monitor personnel entry and exit via CCTV surveillance; * Register service providers/visitors; * Conduct virtual patrols. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in shopping mall or planned neighborhood surveillance. * Knowledge of Q-codes * Willingness to learn; * Good communication skills; * Proactivity and agility; * Commitment; * Proficiency in customer service; * Flexible availability for shift work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Security guard training course (current certification not required). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
