Job Summary: Manage and optimize inbound and outbound freight logistics to ensure agility, traceability, and on-time delivery, while coordinating communication among internal teams and external partners. Through our platform and a network of over 1,000 manufacturing partners, we provide infrastructure enabling procurement and engineering teams to acquire technical parts with predictability, quality, and agility. Manage inbound freight (from partners to Indusmart) and outbound freight (from Indusmart to customers), ensuring agility, traceability, and adherence to deadlines ● Enter and maintain up-to-date production and delivery status information in the management system (operational follow-up) ● Proactively follow up with manufacturing partners, monitoring deadlines and requesting production updates ● Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and logistics partners, swiftly resolving unexpected issues ● Proactively identify and escalate delivery delays, delivery risks, and operational discrepancies ● Act as the liaison between commercial, technical, and partner teams, ensuring smooth and clear communication across all order stages Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$4,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Porto Alegre, RS
