**Job Objective:** ---------------------- Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of construction site activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, safety, cost control, and productivity targets established by the company. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Monitor on-site service execution; * Assist in physical schedule control of the construction project; * Perform measurements of completed services; * Verify as-built drawings and design coordination documents; * Support material, equipment, and labor control; * Prepare construction progress reports; * Assist in quality control of executed services; * Monitor contractors and operational teams; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Support quantity take-offs and material requisitions; * Participate in site meetings and technical alignment sessions; * Assist in resolving technical issues arising during construction; * Verify work performed against drawings, specifications, and technical standards; * Support administrative processes related to the construction project. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (completed or currently pursuing); * Active CREA registration or in the process of obtaining it; * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction ERP systems is desirable; * Prior experience on construction projects is desirable. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Construction site **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Experience in vertical/horizontal construction projects; * Knowledge of construction planning and control; * Experience managing outsourced teams.
