Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with Alright consulting to accelerate programmatic media results; * Monitor key quality and performance indicators of Grupo RBS’s inventory (viewability, occupancy, and density), focusing on GZH and ClicRBS websites, aiming to increase profitability; * Conduct periodic reviews of available media formats, as well as performance analysis and identification of optimization opportunities; * Support the sales team by providing information on available inventory, delivery forecasts, and performance; * Prepare and update monthly revenue projections on a weekly and biweekly basis; * Assist the OPEC and development teams in identifying and resolving potential issues related to Google Ad Manager; * Extract and organize reports from Google Ad Manager for performance tracking and analysis; * Implement new monetization partners in Google Ad Manager and maintain the ads.txt file up to date; * Continuously monitor YouTube RPM metrics and implement optimizations focused on improving monetization; * Monitor and validate programmatic media billing executed by the department, supporting the Programmatic Media Assistant when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; * Prior experience in managing and operating programmatic media campaigns; * Knowledge of programmatic media platforms and tools such as Google Ad Manager or DV360; * Knowledge of digital platform monetization, including YouTube and Spotify; * Analytical capability to track inventory and monetization KPIs (e.g., viewability, occupancy, density, RPM); * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for analysis, forecasting, and reporting; * Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates’ application deadline is March 26, 2026.** RBS is built by people.
