In this role, your primary challenge will be to act as the responsible party for terminal maintenance—handling service requests, identifying and resolving issues, monitoring and tracking terminals, and accurately recording data in appropriate control systems. Then check out the responsibilities for this position **Responsibilities and Duties** **Analysis and Diagnosis:** Identify root causes of issues, resolve remotely, and if necessary, dispatch field technicians with appropriate solutions. **Monitoring and Updates:** Monitor ticket status and maintain detailed records in Salesforce. **Technical Support:** Provide remote assistance for diagnostics, updates, and field procedure guidance. **Supplier Coordination:** Coordinate services with suppliers, issue work orders, and track execution. **Interaction Logging:** Update tickets with information from IVR interactions, e\-mails, and other contact channels. **Maintenance Planning:** Organize preventive and corrective maintenance on terminals to ensure operational continuity and reduce failures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Experience with remote support; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with ticketing tools (Qualitor / Salesforce preferred); * Logic and test programming skills; * Knowledge of Trauma Zero and Zabbix. **Additional Information** People with disabilities are warmly welcomed!
