Job Summary: An Internal Audit professional responsible for planning and executing audit routines, identifying risks, suggesting corrective actions, and evaluating internal controls. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct internal audit planning and execution. 2. Identify risks and propose effective corrective actions. 3. Evaluate and recommend improvements to the internal control structure. **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to the development of the Annual Audit Plan and the Internal Audit Program. * Schedule and execute audit routines across all institutional departments to ensure proper implementation of risk management, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements. * Identify risks and inconsistencies, recommending corrective actions for mitigation. * Support audited departments in developing and implementing action plans. * Maintain up-to-date internal audit department standards, policies, workflows, and controls. * Record and organize evidence supporting audit findings, conclusions, recommendations, and related information. * Conduct follow-up on corrective actions and action plans arising from Internal and/or External Audit reports. * Evaluate the institution’s internal control structure and propose improvements or adjustments as needed. * Perform administrative and/or accounting routine analyses of CELs, verifying adherence to best practices and identifying potential inconsistencies, either individually or via sampling. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, as well as accounting, tax, and labor legislation. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
