




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in Personnel Administration and Metadata to implement systems, ensuring the organization and integrity of payroll information. Proficiency in labor obligations and liabilities We are looking for a professional with solid experience in **Personnel Administration** and strong expertise in **Metadata structuring for system implementation**, ensuring organization, reliability, and integrity of payroll and labor process information. **Key Responsibilities:** Structure and configure **Metadata** for payroll system implementation and optimization; Calculate and verify payroll entries, including **13th salary, vacations, terminations, variable components, benefits, and timekeeping records**; Ensure correct execution of **statutory payments and labor obligations**; Calculate, complete, and verify **payment slips, receipts, and other statutory documents**; Monitor and manage third-party (PJ) payments, including analysis of **service provision invoices**; Oversee payroll closing; Administer benefit programs (health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, meal vouchers, etc.); Conduct **salary benchmarking surveys** and support **budget planning** for the department; Perform entry, analysis, and monitoring of **performance indicators**. **Requirements:** Solid experience in **Personnel Administration and Payroll**; Practical knowledge of **system implementation and Metadata management**; Proficiency in labor obligations and liabilities; Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail; Experience with departmental indicators and controls. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in **payroll system implementation or migration projects**; Knowledge of **data integration and information governance**. **Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring!** Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Human Resource Management, Bachelor's Degree * Accounting, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree
