We are seeking an **ADVANCED WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** to join our team in **Mossoró\-RN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for administrative coordination of the warehouse; * Ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and legislation regarding tax recordkeeping, tax closings, and fulfillment of municipal, state, federal, and labor obligations; * Coordinating daily inventory execution routines, monitoring GLP stock levels, containers, and operational materials; * Using SAP PM module and internal maintenance procedures; * Monitoring warehouse supply, delivery routes, and analyzing distribution logistics performance indicators; * Receiving, verifying, recording, and registering invoices for payment; * Monitoring monthly budget (Actual vs. Budget), executing action plans and corrective measures; * Monitoring existing contracts within your operational unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or other higher education fields; * Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel); * Preferred: NR-23 Fire Brigade certification; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Additional Information** Copa Energia values life through safety and respect for people and the environment.
