Grow with us! **Job Mission** Manage projects in an integrated manner—from conception through implementation—to ensure successful delivery of scope aligned with planned quality, cost, and schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop schedules and conduct *follow-up* with involved areas, managing interfaces with Reservoirs, Wells, Operations, Engineering Projects, Construction, and Commissioning; * Monitor overall project progress, identifying trends, deviations, and corrective actions; * Serve as Technical Engineering during field activities—including installation, commissioning, and *start-up*; * Manage project risks by leading identification, quantitative and qualitative analysis, response planning, monitoring, and control processes; * Develop project schedules, track physical and financial progress, and monitor S-curves; * Consolidate project and cost information (CAPEX, OPEX, ABEX) into annual and multi-year planning; * Consolidate contract planning and control; * Support the methodology for tracking control items (KPIs) and process management; * Engage the entire team toward a unified and integrated vision; * Develop applications to monitor the overall process, as well as Power BI dashboards for visual management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Production, Mechanical, Petroleum, and/or Electrical); * Experience in both technical and managerial engineering is desirable; * Experience in oil and gas projects is desirable; * Advanced proficiency in MS Project scheduling software. **Additional Information** Check out some of our benefits: **Meal + Food Allowance:** R$2,315.50 **Flexible Card:** R$570.00 **Christmas Basket:** R$1,048.00 (once per year) **Private Pension Plan** **Health and Dental Insurance** **Wellhub or Totalpass**: whichever suits you best! **Transportation Allowance** **Life Insurance** **Childcare, School, or Nanny Assistance until age 18** **Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave: Citizen Company** **Interested in the challenge?
