Job Summary: Civil Engineering professional to plan, supervise, and manage construction execution, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Customer interaction and optimization of construction processes. **Knowledge:** Intermediate computer skills (Office suite), construction methods and related standards, basic financial management, risk management, labor routines and legislation, quality management systems, and procurement systems. **Skills:** Leadership, planning, negotiation, emotional intelligence, communication and interaction, teamwork, decision-making. **Attitudes:** Persuasiveness, self-confidence, proactivity, creativity and innovation, empathy, knowledge-sharing mindset, owner's mentality. * Participate in weekly and monthly construction planning together with the Construction Coordinator, aiming to define service scheduling and meet the project’s physical\-financial timeline; * Prepare the production sheet for workers together with the Foreman and Construction Coordinator, aiming to fulfill remuneration agreements and control labor\-costs; * Train new workers on the tasks they will perform, ensuring compliance with quality standards, using the APC 4\.0\ software. **REQUIREMENTS** * Provide customer, architect, and real estate agent support and follow-up at the construction site, aiming to ensure satisfaction, identify issues, and resolve problems. * Participate in supervising construction execution according to the established plan, aiming to: comply with procedures and standards; control the budget while seeking cost reduction and optimization of materials, labor, and equipment; organize the construction site to ensure worker safety and well-being. **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering **COMPETENCIES** * Assist in material take-offs for service execution, per the construction supply process, and forward them to the Warehouse. * Assist in managing and sizing teams to ensure productivity and timely delivery; * Provide technical assistance support whenever requested to address technical needs and issues; * Monitor, analyze, and prepare budgets for necessary design changes, ensuring customization of the customer’s property per established policies and procedures. * Collect field data to assist the Construction Coordinator in developing unit-cost compositions per service, as well as productivity indices for involved workers. * Monitor health and safety compliance indices and improvement action plans. * Assist in Daily Safety Talks (DDS). * Monitor the Consenco Educa Program and other company social programs.
