PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the established schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4606\.75 **Unit:** Avenida Inacio Pereira do Vale NetoRincao \| Mossoró RN \- 59626705 **Job Summary:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and actions to promote SEST SENAT services and attract customers, driving the institution’s vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector public. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School. The required qualifications must be proven by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). Valid National Driver’s License, Category “D”. **PROOF:** Copy of a valid driver’s license. Completion of specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within its validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration details (start and end dates, if applicable); item “b” must also be provided if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience; b) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a description of duties carried out; c) Copy of service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
