Liga de Mossoró is a reference institution in oncology treatment, focusing on patient welcoming, innovation in oncology treatment, and comprehensive, personalized care—with an individual-centered approach where the patient is at the heart of everything we do. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide safe, humane, and individualized nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse to ensure high-quality assistance; * Assist in disease prevention and control by implementing epidemiological surveillance programs and systematic hospital infection control; * Prepare patients for consultations and examinations, guiding\-them on the conditions required for their completion to ensure quality assistance; * Manage supplies, equipment, and medications using institutional forms, maintaining organized equipment and work units while ensuring proper preservation and promptly reporting any issues to supervisors; * Record accurate and reliable nursing care notes via the institutional electronic medical record to ensure high-quality documentation of nursing activities; * Perform nursing activities according to routine and/or specific clinical procedures and protocols, complying with current legislation and adhering to institutional quality and standardization criteria for care delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Nursing; * Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN); * Technical knowledge and practical experience with inpatients; * Excellent organizational and time-management skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
