**Responsibilities and Duties**
Receive and verify food items for meal preparation
* Prepare meals as directed by the Production Nutritionist;
* Deliver special meals requested by the Dietotherapy Nutritionist;
* Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness of equipment and work areas;
* Immediately report to direct supervision any occurrence preventing meal preparation;
* Distribute meals under your responsibility to meal portioning areas;
* Supervise SND activities in the absence of the responsible nutritionist;
* Report daily wearing full uniform and appropriate PPE, adhering to principles of good personal hygiene;
* Perform daily control of food item entries and exits in the pantry.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school (or equivalent);
* Prior experience as a cook;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software tools;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Flexible availability (morning, afternoon, or night shifts), or on a 12x36H schedule;
* Ability to work collaboratively and perform tasks with minimal supervision.

**Additional Information**
* Market-competitive remuneration; BRL: 1\.673,40
