Job Summary:
A professional responsible for ensuring product production, packaging, organization, and quality control, while maintaining the work area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct involvement in packaging production and quality control
2. Responsibility for workplace organization and cleanliness
3. Focus on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety
* Ensure production by bagging, bundling, and organizing bags onto pallets.
* Check weight, centering, defects, or flaws in packaging and weld quality of bags;
* Pick up bags and place them into shrink wrap to form bundles of 10 (ten) or 30 (thirty) units, then seal them using a tape applicator;
* Prepare pallets;
* Place bundles onto pallets in an organized manner, as instructed by the supervisor;
* Maintain work materials – pallets, strapping tools, and tapes;
* Clean/wash the work area (weekly);
* Cut defective items as needed;
* Report observed irregularities to the supervisor;
* Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
* Know, understand, and monitor activities at Critical Control Points (CCPs);
* Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE);
* Clean and organize the work area.
Requirements:
* Elementary or high school education;
* Experience (minimum 6 months);
* Driver's license;
* Concentrated attention;
* Dynamism;
* Punctuality.
