Answer phone calls, fill out spreadsheets, and ensure compliance with OEA regulations. Wood and wood-derived products industry seeks a Receptionist in Lages. Berneck is a Brazilian company specialized in the production of wood panels and derived products. Focused on sustainability, the company serves the construction and furniture sectors. **Responsibilities:** Greet and register visitors and third parties in the Senior ERP system. Direct visitors and third parties to the appropriate locations. Verify third-party documentation in the spreadsheet shared with SESMT. Generate maintenance tickets for the security department. Control vehicle entry and exit in the spreadsheet for resin unloading, warehouse, and cafeteria. Ensure implementation of OEA regulations regarding identification and control of personnel entry and exit. Answer phone calls and route them to specific departments. Fill out system spreadsheets for taxi voucher control. Guide drivers to complete pre-registration in the system. Verify delivery dates on invoices for resin materials. Manage keys and access to visitor restrooms. Measure daily water meter consumption. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Attendant, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
