LOGISTICS ANALYST

We encourage applications from people of all ages, genders, races, sexual orientations, and physical conditions. **About responsibilities and duties:** * Control internal logistics flows among receiving, warehouse, production, and shipping; * Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring data accuracy; * Execute and supervise cyclic and rotating inventory counts; * Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory and movement discrepancies; * Monitor logistics KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions; * Supervise warehousing, internal material handling, and production replenishment processes; * Drive logistics process improvements to increase productivity and reduce losses; * Conduct operational analyses and generate management reports; * Use integrated ERP systems and WMS for logistics operations control; * Support process standardization and compliance with internal procedures; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational alignment; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and occupational safety guidelines per internal and regulatory standards; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity within your area of expertise, as requested. **About requirements and qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 3 years of experience in the role; * Practical knowledge of inventory control, cyclic inventories, and logistics KPIs; * Knowledge of warehousing and internal material handling workflows; * Experience with continuous improvement tools; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced level), WMS, and integrated ERP systems (Protheus preferred); * Residence in Itupeva or easy access to the city. **Desirable:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in regulated environments.
