A school is seeking a Teacher for Elementary School I, responsible for delivering classes, developing lesson plans, and monitoring students' development.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Deliver classes for Elementary School I according to pre-established lesson plans and curriculum guidelines;
* Develop lesson plans, activities, and assessments;
* Administer and grade assessments, assignments, projects, and notebooks;
* Clarify students' questions;
* Conduct pedagogical meetings with parents regarding curriculum content and projects;
* Implement activities related to educational projects;
* Complete attendance records, grades, and curriculum coverage logs;
* Post teaching materials and lessons on the Ultramax platform;
* Design and decorate bulletin boards within the school unit, including classroom walls;
* Monitor students' academic performance and difficulties, supporting their growth and overcoming challenges;
* Attend parent-teacher conferences, pedagogical meetings, and pedagogical workshops;
* Collaborate, engage, and encourage student participation in pedagogical projects;
* Appropriately utilize systems and resources provided by the company to perform job duties in accordance with established norms and procedures;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
· Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy; -
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a teacher for the initial grades of Elementary School I.
· Familiarity with educational technology tools and strong digital proficiency.
· Postgraduate studies in Education or Educational Psychology are desirable.
· Demonstrated practical experience in the field, including creation of playful learning materials.
· Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies (e.g., Modern or Anglo methodology)
· Literacy and language development instruction
