Communication with pedagogical and administrative teams We are seeking a **School Receptionist** to serve on the front line of school reception, responsible for welcoming students, parents, guardians, and visitors, as well as supporting administrative routines at the reception desk—always emphasizing organization, courtesy, and security. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel support via school platforms; * Greet parents, guardians, students, and visitors courteously and efficiently; * Monitor access and manage foot traffic at the reception desk; * Assist with student entry and exit, including supporting child pickup and drop-off by vehicle, following safety protocols; * Record messages, organize schedules, and route requests to relevant departments; * Support basic administrative tasks at the reception desk; * Maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment; * Communicate\-with pedagogical and administrative teams whenever necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service (experience in a school setting is preferred); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, responsibility, and professional demeanor; * Availability to attend school events when required; * Residence in Vinhedo or nearby areas. **Work Location:** School (Vinhedo/SP or surrounding region)
