Behavioral mediation and student performance monitoring School located in São Bernardo neighborhood \- Campinas is hiring: Pedagogical Coordinator **Responsibilities:** * Observe and guide teachers' classroom practices * Support the planning and implementation of educational projects * Mediate student behaviors by proposing pedagogical strategies * Monitor student development and academic performance * Conduct pedagogical meetings and support the teaching staff * Promote alignment among school, teachers, and families * Assist in implementing teaching methodologies and didactic practices * Participate in the institution's pedagogical planning **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Education or related field * Teaching experience in the classroom * Knowledge of educational projects and pedagogy * Ability to address student development and behavioral issues **Schedule:** To be determined Compensation: R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
