Job Summary: Responsible for conducting inspections and performing general preventive/corrective building maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, as well as masonry and painting. Masonry, painting, and furniture relocation activities Receive instructions and service orders (Service Orders) from the Maintenance Supervisor; * Conduct inspections and perform general preventive/corrective building maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems) throughout the school premises; * Perform masonry, painting, and furniture relocation activities; * Supervise third-party maintenance service providers when necessary; * Keep the supervisor informed of completed tasks to record and close the Service Order in the institution's system. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 2-hour break. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Food Allowance, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Life Insurance **Required Qualifications:** **You must have:** Completed high school; Experience in building maintenance. **Desirable Qualifications:** Technical courses related to the field; NR10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; NR35 – Standards for Work at Heights. **About the Company:** Founded in 1956 with the goal of promoting inclusion and social development, Fundação Bradesco provides free, high-quality education to thousands of people.
