Assistance in project planning and execution **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide support to service fronts and construction sites through activity monitoring and operational supervision, distributing labor control forms as well as controlling inputs and materials used. Activities performed: \- Assist in organizing, implementing, and coordinating construction site activities, participating in decisions regarding locations, installations, offices, storage areas, and warehouses, as required by the project. \- Assist in project planning, ensuring execution in accordance with executive drawings, descriptive specifications, and company guidelines. \- Support the development of the project activity schedule and operational procedures. \- Support task allocation among construction personnel, ensuring compliance with scheduled phases. \- Assist in controlling and measuring services performed by contractors and suppliers, verifying compliance with contracts, quantities, and values, and entering data into the system. \- Perform routine document and information control and organization tasks, providing administrative support to the construction team. \- Support price quotations for requested materials and services, preparing comparative tables for analysis and supplier selection. \- Support procurement of equipment, parts, and various materials in accordance with company policies and standards to meet project requirements. \- Support invoice entry and monthly closing of measurements for service providers. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed Technical Education in Building Construction * Undergraduate studies in Civil Engineering in progress **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Work Location:** ---------------------- PORTAL TORRES DE MILÃO \- JAGUARIÚNA
