To succeed within the Bun Group, you must: Lead \& Inspire (if you are a leader); Be innovative; Have an owner's mindset; Focus on the customer; Collaborate effectively in teams and learn continuously. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and execute high-complexity tests and experiments, critically interpreting results and proposing adjustments to product development pathways; * Validate methodologies and interpret physicochemical analysis reports across the entire supply chain (from raw materials to final products), ensuring technical compliance and development stability; * Perform grinding, classification, and drying processes for raw materials or products when required, optimizing parameters to ensure test performance repeatability and scalability; * Prepare robust technical reports and tracking documentation, consolidating data that supports strategic R\&D decision-making; * Monitor pilot- and industrial-scale tests, identifying production bottlenecks and ensuring laboratory-developed solutions are viable on the production line; * Maintain laboratory organization and raw material inventory control in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices; * Serve as the technical focal point between R\&D, Production, Quality, and Sales; * Support prospecting and qualification of new raw material and technology suppliers, evaluating cost-benefit ratios and innovation potential for reducing costs or enhancing current product performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Expected Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Food Engineering or Production Engineering; * Willingness to work onsite in Indaiatuba; * Experience with organic raw materials: Prior experience developing products using natural bases and biodegradable polymers; * Proficiency in laboratory routines, especially in deep interpretation of physicochemical results for technical decision-making; * Ability to prepare detailed executive and technical reports, translating complex data for cross-functional areas (Production, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management). **Highly Desirable:** * Knowledge of industrial granule processing: Experience with pelletization, extrusion, or agglomeration technologies. * End-to-end process awareness: Understanding of unit operations (mixing, drying, grinding) to ensure laboratory innovations are reproducible at the factory level; **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * Medical and Dental Assistance; * On-site Cafeteria; * Transportation Allowance; * Attendance Bonus (flexible balance, Caju card); * Union Profit-Sharing Program (PLR); * Life Insurance; * Parking; * Pharmacy Partnership; * Total Pass (fitness center partnership); * SESI Club Partnership; * Language school and education partnerships; * Christmas Basket or Frozen Kit; * Discount on Kelco Pet Care products; * Christmas gifts for employees’ children.
