Reception is one of the most strategic positions at the Diagmed Group, as the professional works on the front line of our service, maintaining direct contact with all our clients and patients. We provide welcoming and humanized service, where you are the protagonist of this care model. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person service, guiding patients at the unit regarding questions or ticket collection; * Deliver patients’ examination reports, verifying data in the system and confirming completion; * Issue attendance certificates/declarations for patients or accompanying persons, either in person or via e\-mail; * Respond to and resolve inquiries regarding report and result delivery via e\-mail; * Generate examination lists and sort them according to demand; * Responsible for sorting and dispatching examinations via SEDEX and entering postal tracking data into the system; * Receive documentation and examinations from other units; * File examinations alphabetically by department; * Provide in-person service related to collection of examinations and reports; * Verify radiological images and reports against physician orders; * Sort various examinations and group them per physician request; * Verify personal data recorded on radiological films according to registration form opening; * Cross-check physician orders and performed images; * Access the system to confirm data and mark reports as “enveloped” in the system; * Update the supplementary spreadsheet; * Update the correction spreadsheet; * Update the early-result reporting spreadsheet for images and CDs; * Interleave examination images and sort them into the corresponding patient folder; * Sort each physician’s workload and group images for forwarding via mobile messaging to the physician; * Print images and reports, and confirm the quantity of prior examinations; * Respond to e\-mail inquiries regarding reports and deadlines; * Verify lists from various departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Excellent attention to detail for verifying data and documents; * Ability to organize files; * Time management and prioritization of tasks; * Clear, concise, and courteous communication, both in person and via e\-mail; * Professional demeanor with empathy when serving patients and companions; * Ability to work collaboratively within teams and across departments; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite); * Prior experience in public-facing service roles. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in clinics or hospitals; * Familiarity with clinical/hospital management systems (e.g., Tasy, MV, or similar). **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal voucher, Food allowance, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, and Total Pass. **Employment Type:** CLT employment contract, with on-site work. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:48 PM **\-** Fixed Saturday shift, 9:45 AM to 4:00 PM With 30 years of market presence, the **Diagmed Group** has built its legacy upon pioneering spirit and persistence.
