We believe in human potential and know that together we become better—and it is people who drive us forward. **Join us!** Come create experiences that make a difference. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Position Objective:** Support Quality Department activities by analyzing products, identifying issues, and assisting operational routines to ensure compliance with standards and contribute to continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Support supplier monitoring, assisting in development, approval, and issue-resolution processes. * Perform tasks according to procedures and work instructions, adhering to quality and safety standards. * Assist in analyzing internal and field problems, focusing on root cause identification and solution support. * Conduct inspections and tests on products (especially home appliances), verifying functionality and general condition. * Support basic maintenance, disassembly, cleaning, polishing, and repair of product damages. * Assist in inspections of products, components, and packaging. * Provide improvement suggestions for products, processes, and packaging. * Record activities, complete technical reports, and maintain up-to-date controls. * Support departmental operational routines, such as organization, inventories, and document control. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Technical education (in progress or completed) in **Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Automation**, or related fields. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (basic to intermediate level). * Knowledge and application of the **5S methodology** (organization and cleanliness). * Availability to work onsite in Paulínia/SP at our Logistics Operator (Katoen Natie), located at Av.
