Job Summary: Assist in carrying out civil construction activities, providing operational support and ensuring the organization of the construction site and compliance with safety regulations. Compliance with safety regulations Assist in executing civil construction activities, ensuring operational support to work fronts, organization of the construction site, and compliance with safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist masons and other professionals in performing construction tasks. * Prepare materials such as mortar, concrete, and plaster as instructed. * Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment on-site. * Perform cleaning and organization of work areas before, during, and after tasks. * Load, unload, and store construction materials. * Support the assembly and disassembly of simple formwork, scaffolding, and shoring. * Comply with occupational safety regulations and correctly use PPE. * Perform other related duties as required by the project.
