Job Summary: The Junior Network Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining networks under supervision, learning and developing skills in infrastructure, cabling, fiber optic splicing, and equipment installation. Receiving guidance and instruction for all activities As a Junior Network Installer, you will perform network installation and maintenance tasks under supervision, learning and developing skills in infrastructure assembly, cabling, fiber optic splicing, and equipment installation. Responsibilities * Organize work materials and tools, maintaining a clean and safe work environment (learning the routine); * Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment for projects (under supervision); * Participate in infrastructure assembly (hangers, wire mesh trays, racks, and shelves), following the supervisor and learning the techniques; * Assist in routing, organizing, and labeling fiber optic and network cables (learning structured cabling routines); * Prepare fiber optic cables for splicing, organizing and labeling them for the process (under supervision); * Assist in fiber optic cable splicing (under direct supervision); * Assemble RJ45 and Keystone network connectors, learning installation standards; * Perform installation tasks at heights up to 2 meters, with supervision; * Assist in installing patch panels, switches, Edge devices, CHD, and DIO (under supervision); * Provide occasional support for HD destruction machines and “Server Lift” equipment maintenance (learning operation procedures); * Support the immediate supervisor, receiving guidance and instruction for all activities; * Operate rotary machines and other equipment under supervision; * Know and comply with internal safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
