Experience in after-sales service or premium customer service * Deliver personalized after-sales service while maintaining a close relationship with customers; monitor deliveries, deadlines, and order status, ensuring alignment with logistics and sales teams; manage customer requests, inquiries, and potential issues; mediate between customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments; guide customers on product installation, handling, care, and maintenance; register, track, and resolve after-sales service tickets; proactively prevent complaints and rework; ensure clear, elegant, and assertive communication aligned with the brand’s premium standard; contribute to customer loyalty and delight. * Experience in after-sales service, premium customer service, or customer relationship management; excellent verbal and written communication skills; organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented profile; ability to handle demanding customers; knowledge of flooring, cladding, or construction is a plus.
