If you seek growth in an innovative and sustainable environment, join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IN OUR TEAM:** * Execute and supervise construction site activities, ensuring compliance with design plans, deadlines, and budget; * Ensure adherence to Occupational Safety Standards at the construction site; * Coordinate administrative and operational activities at the construction site; * Analyze and update the physical\-financial schedule of the project; * Plan and request materials according to the procurement guidelines, ensuring timely delivery; * Manage relationships with material and service suppliers ethically and professionally; * Conduct team meetings at the construction site to align guidelines, monitor production, deliver training, and implement the Quality Management System; * Prepare for and participate in meetings with contractors to evaluate service performance and deadline compliance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience with medium- and large-scale residential construction companies; * Profile demonstrating decision-making ability, leadership, planning, organization, and technical responsibility. **Additional Information** We are genuinely passionate about building living spaces.
