Opportunity for professional growth with a leadership profile **Position: Physical Security Supervisor** **Job Description:** We seek a professional with experience supervising physical security teams, responsible for ensuring the execution of operational procedures, guaranteeing service quality delivered to clients, and leading field teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and monitor security guard, watchman, and post leader teams; * Conduct operational visits and inspections at service posts; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, security procedures, and current legislation; * Prepare operational reports and monitor performance indicators; * Address incidents and provide support to teams and clients; * Manage work schedules, post coverage, and substitutions as needed; * Deliver operational guidance and training; * Maintain client relationships, ensuring service quality. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college education in progress or completed is preferred); * Prior experience as a Security Supervisor; * Valid Security Guard Certification with up-to-date refresher training (preferred); * Driver's license category A/B and willingness to drive; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, organizational skills, and decision-making capability; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Salary and Benefits:** Salary and benefits details will be shared during the interview.
