We are looking for a Quality Technician who will be challenged with core responsibilities related to food safety—including standards audits, HACCP, PRPs, indicators, training, and team engagement—ensuring consumer safety and product quality. If you are proactive, self-driven, proud of your work, and ready to face challenges in a stimulating environment for personal and professional growth, join us on this unique journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities using the HACCP tool Leadership of food safety programs Participation in internal and external audits Leadership of activities and projects aimed at reducing consumer complaints; Support in general sampling, Support in routine activities related to product and line release. Conducting team training sessions Management of food safety indicators QSA support to other departments; Participation in meetings as the representative of Quality and Food Safety; Evaluation of attributes in materials and processes, and definition of corrective actions; Management of departmental documents and files. Leadership in standards documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields; Knowledge of tools: HACCP, SAP, Power BI, quality improvement tools, document control software, PDCA.
