The professional will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, team performance, cost control, and maintenance of house standards. **Responsibilities:** * Manage dining room, bar, and kitchen teams, ensuring performance and discipline. * Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations. * Monitor customer service and resolve incidents. * Control inventory, purchasing, stocktaking, and operational costs. * Conduct team training, onboarding, and development. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards. * Support staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, and general reporting. * Act strategically to improve sales and results. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a manager or team leader in the Food & Beverage sector. * Leadership profile, clear communication, and professional demeanor. * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to make quick decisions. * Knowledge of restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience handling high customer volumes. * Knowledge of people management, training, and KPIs. * Proactivity and focus on service excellence.
