Job Summary: Experienced professional to act as a PMO, consolidating, monitoring, and reporting on corporate projects, ensuring strategic alignment and governance. Key Highlights: 1. Description: Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Quality Management, Business Processes, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a PMO, in project management, quality management, and/or auditing. Knowledge of project management, quality management, and/or auditing tools. Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Business Management and complementary certifications or training in project management tools and methodologies. Experience as a PMO, in project management, quality management, and/or auditing within healthcare or education sectors. Knowledge of methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, etc.). * Consolidate, maintain, and provide visibility into corporate projects, ensuring strategic alignment, appropriate prioritization, and reliable information for decision-making. * Allocate appropriate resources (human, financial, material) across project phases, ensuring efficient utilization. * Structure, monitor, and report project and process indicators, KPIs, and metrics, supporting leadership in performance evaluation, risk assessment, and outcome analysis. * Develop and maintain executive dashboards, reports, and monitoring rituals, ensuring clarity, cadence, and transparency regarding status, deviations, and impacts. * Prioritize and classify projects based on strategic criteria (impact, risk, urgency, compliance, ROI), supporting corporate governance. * Monitor risks, deadlines, scope, dependencies, and departmental capacity; identify bottlenecks, propose action plans, and escalate critical issues when necessary. * Develop and maintain methodologies, processes, templates, and checklists to ensure standardization. * Act as a facilitator across departments, promoting integration, fluid communication, and elimination of operational silos. * Support leadership in translating strategy into clear, objective, and measurable operational plans. * Contribute to evolving the organizational culture of project, process, and results-based management through training, guidance, dissemination of best practices, and development and consolidation of standards, policies, and organizational guidelines—ensuring project adherence to the established model. 2512240202491933488
