We are looking for a professional to work full-time on-site in the External Training and Development team, responsible for planning, developing, delivering, and monitoring training programs for store employees, with a focus on sales, customer service, and operations. This role involves creating face-to-face, hybrid, and digital learning content, ensuring standardization, engagement, and impact on business outcomes. The professional will liaise with Operations, Products, Financial Services, Trade/VM, and People Management teams to align needs and transform them into learning solutions.
