Bourbon Gastronomia is seeking a Pizzaiolo to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in the city of Atibaia \- SP. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare pizza dough according to established recipes and techniques, ensuring ideal texture and flavor. * Organize and prepare ingredients such as sauces, cheeses, vegetables, and meats, ensuring freshness and availability for service. * Organize the workstation with the necessary mise en place to support sales points. * Apply proper stock organization and, if needed, submit requisitions to the immediate supervisor. * Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards, applying best practices for handling and cleaning materials and surfaces to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with all workplace safety policies. * Comply with and enforce company rules, procedures, and policies. * Maintain the work environment, materials, appropriate use of equipment, and confidentiality of information. REQUIREMENTS: * Baking course. * Food handling certification. * Courses in Gastronomy. * Knowledge of dough fermentation techniques. * Knowledge of sauces, cheeses, and ingredients. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in hospitality. * Experience in high-volume production. * Experience in corporate events. SCHEDULE: * To be determined.
