Campo Limpo Paulista \- SP * ️ **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on water treatment systems and mechanical and hydraulic equipment; * Diagnose failures through readings, inspections, and technical interventions, proposing solutions and executing repairs or replacements; * Interpret technical drawings, mechanical and hydraulic diagrams to carry out tasks; * Prepare monthly maintenance reports and record completed services; * Visually monitor failure and maintenance labels, tracking status, pending items, and resolutions; * Guide operational staff on proper equipment usage and failure prevention; * Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and safety, adhering to internal standards and procedures; * Follow safety procedures, correctly using PPE and complying with technical and legal regulations; * Specify new mechanical and hydraulic equipment, as well as request components for installation; * Manage minimum stock levels of parts and components required for corrective and emergency maintenance; * Supervise services performed by third-party companies, ensuring compliance with technical standards; * Deliver training related to equipment functionalities and best usage practices; * Propose improvements and optimizations for existing equipment to enhance reliability and performance; * Handle additional maintenance requests as required by operational needs; * Provide operational support whenever necessary. ️ **Technical Requirements** * Completed technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields; * Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams; * Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; * Familiarity with NR\-10, NR\-12, and NR\-35 regulations will be considered an advantage. **Behavioral Requirements** * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity; * Organization; * Teamwork; * Sense of responsibility; * Agility in problem-solving; * Attention to detail; * Good interpersonal skills. **Salary and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.885,56 Benefits: * Meal Allowance: R$ 252,20/month; * Food Voucher: R$ 28,81 per day; * Optional dental plan (with payroll deduction); * Transportation allowance: R$ 29,16/day (no payroll deduction); * Clude health assistance (digital medical consultation); * Corporate university offering over 200 courses; * Comprehensive performance evaluation platform; * Career development and professional growth plan; * TotalPass; * Scholarships covering at least 50% of undergraduate and postgraduate programs at Universidade São Judas and Anhembi Morumbi. * **Working Hours:** 5x2 shift — from 08:00 to 18:00\.
