Opportunity for candidates with good Portuguese language skills and basic Office knowledge JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer service, addressing inquiries about SAMSUNG products, data transfer to new devices, preliminary analysis of defective devices, and other related activities. SKILLS AND PROFILE: Excellent Portuguese (spoken and written), Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Residence with easy access to Iguatemi Shopping Center, Basic knowledge of mobile phone configurations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Training in mobile phone software. COMPENSATION: R$ 1815,00 \+ Meal Allowance of R$ 400,00 \+ Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher \+ Total Pass \+ Performance Bonus Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 13:45 to 21:45, with a 1-hour lunch break.
