Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced leader to manage restaurant operations, supervise the team, and ensure product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and coordination 2. Inventory control and product quality **Requirements**: \- Must be at least 18 years old. \- Proven experience as a Team Leader, Coordinator, or Manager. \- Availability and flexibility regarding working hours. ⚠ Jewelry and beards are prohibited (ANVISA requirement). **Main Responsibilities:** \- Assist the store manager. \- Oversee restaurant operations during shifts. \- Plan, correct, and monitor team activities. \- Manage employee time-off requests and scheduling. \- Manage inventory. \- Supervise product expiration dates and quality. \- Support general store activities. \- Perform other duties relevant to the position.
