Job Summary: This position involves assisting in food pre-preparation and preparation, kitchen and restaurant sanitation, and salad preparation under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation 2. Sanitization of utensils, kitchen, and restaurant 3. Prior experience in the role is a requirement Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your direct supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in plating; sanitize and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. Main Responsibilities: Food pre-preparation; Preparation of dinner and late-night snack salads; Sanitization of utensils (sinks, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses); Kitchen sanitation; Restaurant sanitation.
