Quality Management System (QMS) Internship

Description

A large multinational industrial company with strong global presence and a solid manufacturing infrastructure. It develops high-tech solutions for various market segments and stands out for an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement, process excellence, and Corporate Governance (ESG). The internship aims to support product certification and compliance activities. The focus is on updating QMS (Quality Management System) documentation, participating in audits (internal, external, and customer audits), and interfacing with suppliers and global plants regarding product regulations. **Responsibilities and duties** * **Certifications and Audits:** Participate in audits related to standards **ISO 9001, FSC, and UL**, as well as provide internal support on these topics. * **Technical Documentation:** Update QMS procedures/work instructions and prepare specific documentation such as **PPAP and IMDS** for the automotive sector. * **Interface and Communication:** Liaise with customers, suppliers, and other company plants regarding product compliance. * **Routine and Training:** Prepare and deliver area-specific training, attend daily/monthly meetings (MDI's), engage in continuous improvement projects, and ensure achievement of 5S goals. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Education:** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. * **Languages:** Intermediate English proficiency. * **Tools:** Proficiency in standard user-level computer applications. **Additional information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * On-site meal * Commuter bus * Gympass * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Childcare allowance * English classes Location: Interior of São Paulo Schedule: 8:00 AM to 2:40 PM **Mais Diversidade** **is Latin America’s largest diversity and inclusion consulting firm**.
