We are hiring a **Technician I** for **Jaguariúna/SP**. **Why Aggreko?** Here are some of the benefits and awards. * Comprehensive medical and dental plan for dependents. * Alelo meal/voucher allowance. * Private pension plan (optional). * Life insurance. * Employee assistance program offering psychological, nutritional, legal, and financial support (at no cost). * Wellhub. * Annual bonus plan based on company goal achievement. * Safety-focused culture. **What You’ll Do:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on Aggreko equipment’s electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; * Operate, install, and configure control, protection, and transfer systems—including paralleling between power sources, ramping, protection relays, REV, RET, actuators, solenoids, rectifiers, etc.; * Carry out electrical/electronic assemblies on AC and DC systems and general electrical panels, wiring harnesses, electronic modules, PLCs, etc.; * Conduct load testing on generators, simulating real customer usage conditions, to ensure all necessary repairs are performed; * Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics, and use equipment, tools, and precision measuring instruments to perform services; * **Diagnose faults and/or issues in equipment**, performing **corrective maintenance in the field** when required, **assertively**, conducting root cause analysis for effective problem resolution; * Perform maintenance tasks on machines according to respective **Maintenance Plans and applicable current regulations**; * **Prepare technical reports for all corrective and condition-based maintenance services**; * Serve as job leader when requested by your supervisor and support Aggreko equipment operations; * Adjust Aggreko equipment to ensure proper functionality; * **Accurately and completely fill out the service order (SO) in MMS/ATA**, indicating all services performed on-site, as well as requirements for parts, consumables, or customer requests; * Comply with Aggreko’s established QHSE policies and procedures, and those agreed upon with the customer; * **Maintain an ethical, proactive, and flexible attitude toward the customer to ensure service quality**; * Act as an internal trainer for Aggreko courses when required. **You Should Have the Following Skills and Experience:** * Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields; * Data center knowledge; * Automation knowledge — load bank; * Valid Class B driver’s license for occasional travel.
