Job Summary: A professional to operate milling machines, analyzing drawing specifications and production orders, adjusting and configuring milling cutters for machining parts and tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate milling machines for machining parts and tools 2. Analyze specifications and perform calculations to adjust the milling cutter 3. Inspect completed work and part dimensions *Prepare, adjust, and operate milling machines for machining (surfacing, milling, drilling, and cutting) of parts and tools made from ferrous or non-ferrous materials* *Analyze drawing and production order specifications and perform calculations to adjust and configure the milling cutter.* *Visually inspect completed work and part dimensions using measuring instruments.* *Adhere to production scheduling within established deadlines and predefined quality standards.* **Education:** Completed high school with a machining mechanic course or related field from SENAI or equivalent institution. **Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and apply trigonometric calculations to machining processes **Prior machining experience required** **Profile:** Organized, detail-oriented, committed. **Additional benefits:** On-site meals, pharmacy benefit plan, credit cooperative.
