Effectiveness evaluation and monitoring of departmental KPIs A multinational company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst based in Vinhedo. Recursus is a company specialized in technology and innovation solutions. We provide services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Handle recruitment and selection processes—from profile alignment through position closure and new employee onboarding. Responsible for Training and Development management, including needs assessment, annual planning, budget control, training organization, effectiveness evaluation, and departmental KPI monitoring. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
