




Job Summary: Assist in HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, time tracking, benefits administration, and training, while providing guidance to employees. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. Main Responsibilities: Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, document control, payroll processing, social charges calculation, electronic time tracking, vacation management, leave of absence, allowances, union contributions, and welfare fees; manage occupational health and medical monitoring programs; administer and operationalize employee benefits; provide guidance and clarification to employees; assist in identifying training needs; analyze and evaluate training effectiveness. Immediate availability is a plus.
