We excel in both the Distribution channel—serving over 2\.000 active resellers nationwide—and the Corporate Construction Projects segment, delivering efficient logistics, operational excellence, and specialized technical support. * **LOGISTICS ANALYST – ROUTE PLANNING FOCUS** We seek an analytical, organized, and strategic professional with a systemic vision and strong decision-making ability—someone passionate about logistics, possessing solid technical expertise and proficiency in route planning routines, ensuring our deliveries occur with precision and efficiency. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in logistics, with emphasis on route planning; * Knowledge of warehousing; * Familiarity with construction materials. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and optimize delivery routes; * Analyze maps, regions, and specific characteristics of service areas; * Monitor daily delivery status and deadlines; * Track KPIs and route performance; * Conduct logistics cost analysis; * Collaborate directly with Sales, Commercial, Tax, and Operations teams; * Manage and control logistics documentation; * Use route planning systems, TMS, ERP, and geolocation tools; * Support carrier selection and performance monitoring; * Investigate logistics incidents (delays, returns, discrepancies); * Participate in alignment and continuous improvement meetings; * Manage third-party fleet operations; * Verify delivery manifests and CT-es (Conhecimento de Transporte Eletrônico); * Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Samaritano Health Insurance Plan * Uniodonto Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * On-site meals * TotalPass * Commuter Allowance and/or Parking * SESC Agreement for health and leisure activities * SENAC Agreement offering 20% discount on all courses **Want to join our team?** Send your resume and grow with us!
